I’m a Pacific Northwest native, born and raised in Lynden, with deep roots in Whatcom County and a lifelong connection to this community. Growing up here shaped my values and my approach to real estate—relationship-driven, grounded, and focused on doing what’s right for my clients. I understand the character of Lynden and the surrounding areas because this has always been home.
After high school, I pursued a longtime passion for horses and agriculture at the Kentucky Equine Institute, earning a certification in Equine Science and Farm Management with a focus on mare and foal care. I later returned home to be close to family and manage my own farm, an experience that continues to influence my appreciation for land, stewardship, and hard work. Today, I’m grateful to combine my local knowledge and practical experience to help clients confidently navigate buying and selling real estate in Whatcom County.
Real estate has been part of my life from an early age. My father, Ron De Boer, owned a brokerage in Lynden, and I spent my teenage years working weekends in his office. I earned my real estate license in 2006 and worked as his assistant, gaining hands-on experience. After several years as a paraeducator with the Nooksack Valley School District while my children were young, I returned to real estate full time in 2017.
Today, my father and I work together as a team, bringing more than 63 years of combined experience to our clients. We pride ourselves on providing knowledgeable guidance, integrity, and a personal approach, helping each client achieve their real estate goals with confidence.
